WHAT IS A WAIT LIST?
If rooms are all booked the system will automatically give the option for you to add yourself to our wait list.
HOW DO I GET ADDED TO THE RESERVATIONS WAIT LIST?
If rooms become available, the system will automatically send an email to all persons on the wait list. The open room will be a first come first serve room. This means a lot of people are getting the same email, so act fast.
HOW WILL YOU CONTACT ME?
For wait list, we will use email to contact you.
To assure you receive our emails, you need to prevent them from going to your junk or spam folders. Adding Timberfell as a contact or on a safe senders list is the best method. You should add info@timberfell.com to your safe list.
