Cancellation Policy:
In compliance with our Cancellation/No Show Policy, your deposit will be forfeited, should the named party for the reservation:
1.) Cancel within 14 days of the Arrival Date you will forfeit deposit and not receive any credit for future use.
2.) Cancel prior to 14 days will receive a refund in the form of camp credit.
3.) There is a $25.00 change fee for any changes to reservations. All camp credits expire within 60 days from date of original reservation and can’t rollover. No extensions are permitted. Credits are non transferable.
4.) No Show – Failure to arrive or cancel the reservation prior to the Arrival/Check-In Date you would forfeit deposit and remaining balance of reservation. You will be charged full amount of reservation. You will not receive any credit for future use.
5.) Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature, weather or early departures.
