Timberfell Resorts, Inc.
Timberfell is a members only campground located in Greeneville, TN. Guests must be of 21 years of age and valid ID is required.
Membership:
All guests on property must have a membership for the calendar year. All guests must be 21 years of age and show proof of identification. Acceptable forms of identification are: State issued drivers license, Passport, State issued identification card. No photo copies or pictures of ID are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
In compliance with our Cancellation/No Show Policy, your deposit will be forfeited, should the named party for the reservation:
1.) Cancel within 14 days of the Arrival Date you will forfeit deposit and not receive any credit for future use.
2.) Cancel prior to 14 days will receive a refund in the form of camp credit.
3.) There is a $25.00 change fee for any changes to reservations. All camp credits expire within 60 days from date of original reservation and can’t rollover. No extensions are permitted. Credits are non transferable.
4.) No Show – Failure to arrive or cancel the reservation prior to the Arrival/Check-In Date you would forfeit deposit and remaining balance of reservation. You will be charged full amount of reservation. You will not receive any credit for future use.
5.) Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature, weather or early departures.
Hours
Resort staffed hours are from 8 am – 9 pm. Gate closes at 9 pm weekdays, 10 pm weekends. Cabin checkout time is 11 am. You are welcome to continue use of the resort.
Tab Accounts
Each person upon registration will be issued a Timberfell account. This account will hold account charges and payments. Your account will be settled on the day of departure to a credit card on file. A $3.00 tab activation fee will be added for each guest.
Wristbands
Upon check in, each guest will be a wristband. This wristband will allow you to purchase from our dinning venues, camp stores, laundry service, firewood, tavern, merchandise stores.
No Illegal Activities
No illegal activities will be permitted on resort property or in close proximity to resort property. No drugs, fireworks, firearms, or any weapons of any kind are allowed. Firearms include BB, pellet and paintball guns.
Pets
We love pets however no aggressive breeds are allowed on property. Please keep your pet on a leash. For our pets that love to be heard, be mindful of others. Please make sure your rental allows pets.
Smoking
In Tennessee, smoking in a lodging room that is not designated as a smoking room is a violation of the Non-Smokers Protection Act. The penalty for smoking in a prohibited area is a $250.
Towels
The Inn-Keeper Act of Tennessee allows us to charge for missing Linens. This means all sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths and robes. The penalty for missing items is $25 per item.
Indemnity Loss:
Timberfell will not be liable for any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense relating to, resulting from or arising out of any Claim (including, without limitation, the costs and expenses of any action, suit, proceeding, demand, assessment, judgment, settlement or compromise relating thereto and all interest, punitive damages, fines and penalties and reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith but excluding loss profits and consequential damages) which is suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party and for which such Indemnified Party is entitled to indemnification under the provisions hereof.
