RATES

Timberfell Lodge is on the Modified American Plan.

Room Rates include:

• Hot breakfast,
• Dinner and dessert
• Daily housekeeping service is provided.
• Check-in is 3:00PM/Check-out is 11:00AM
  

Guests are welcome to use the facilities (pool, sauna and steamroom etc.) prior to check-in and check-out at their leisure. Rates are based on daily use per single guest. Add $40.00 up charge for double occupancy. Special weekly rates are available upon request.

Other Services

1. Yearly Membership-$15.00 per person
   Payable each year by Jan 1st (As of Dec 31 2011 all memberships will go along the calendar year Jan 1 to Dec 31).
   
2. Meal Service-Breakfast $6.00 per person, Dinner $20.00 per person
   Meals are included with regular room rates. A day guest or camper may sit for any meal. Please advise a staff member by 3pm for dinner that evening or breakfast the next day.
   
3. Round Trip Airport Transfer
   • Tri-cities Regional Airport, Blountville, TN (25 minutes from Timberfell) $50.00
   • Tyson McGhee International, Knoxville, TN (90 minutes from Timberfell) $95.00
     
4. Day Guests
   • Day Pass-$15.00 (Arrival until midnight)
   • Evening Pass-$15.00 (6pm until midnight)All day/evening guests must check in at office to pay fees and receive parking pass. This is for your safety and the safety of all our guests so that we know who is on the property at all times!
     
5. Gift Certificates
   Available upon request and makes a thoughtful gift for any frequent visitor to Timberfell!
   
6. Special Requests
   We will do our very best to honor any special needs you might have. Please let us know when you book about any special dietary needs. If you have a birthday, anniversary or other special event let us know to help make your stay even more memorable.

Reservation Policies

1. Plan Ahead
   Reserve early for special holiday periods, especially Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Camp Bear. A two-night minimum and Holiday Rates(20% upcharge) apply to these summer holiday weekends. All rooms with a private bath are 3 night minimum on the 4 mentioned weekends above.
   
2. Deposits
   Deposits are required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are one-half the total cost of the reservation and will be taken at the time the reservation is made.We accept major credit cards
   
   American Express, Discover, Master Card, & Visa.
   
   Personal checks are not accepted.
3. Taxes
   Tennessee state sales tax (9.75%) and Greene County local motel tax (7%) apply to all rates.
   
4. Cancellation
   A reservation may be canceled at any time up to 10 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation/re booking fee. NO refunds will be given for cancellations after 10 days prior to arrival. However, the deposit can be used on a future reservation within a one-year period.
   
5. Alcohol Policy
   Due to state beer licensing beer permits, “brown bagging” beer is not permitted on the property. Guests are welcome to bring hard spirits and wine with them for their own consumption. We encourage all our guests to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
