JULY EVENTS AND RV PARK UPDATE
Thanks to everyone who joined us for Sordid Lives/Trailer Trash this past weekend!! It truly was some “trashy fun” in the RV park. Thanks to Mike and Matt for co-hosting Brother Boy’s Boozy Bash Saturday afternoon with us. Gallons of Long Island Tea were consumed effortlessly!! Special thanks to Mikey and Danny for bringing the preview of Sordid Lives: The Series that we showed Saturday evening. Even though the clothes lines have been put up and the pink flamingos stored, there are still many more parties on the schedule. Pick some dates and make a reservation!!
The RV Park expansion is moving forward. The water main line has been completely set from Van Hill Road to the construction area. This was a major undertaking as it took 1/2 mile of water line to complete it. All the tanks and the filtration plant for the waste water treatment system have been set. They ran into some deep rock that required blasting, but everything is seated and ready for connections. The crew has laid out the sites and have begun setting the sewer lines to each site. The water lines and electrical service will follow next week.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for Trailer Trash/Sordid Lives Weekend. This annual theme weekend has gotten quite a life of its own, and 2008 should be even more fun. Join us in the RV park for the morning yard sales and afternoon Long Island Tea party and some eats!!

We also want to extend our congratulations to the winners in the 2008 Mr. TimBEAR Contest. Brian had the crowd WOOFing as he took the title in Saturday’s competition. Congrats to Todd and Jason as runner-ups. Huge thanks to all the contestants for participating and a special thank you to Doug for organizing and emceeing the event for us. JOB WELL DONE!!

Please make plans to atttend BearFest this upcoming weekend and the 2008 Mr. TimBEAR contest. Weather permitting the competition will be held poolside Saturday afternoon. It will be a fast past show and the contestants will be judged in 3 categories. All interested contestants please email us at timberfell@gmail.com or you can get an application at the Lodge this weekend before the contest. There will be some great prizes for all!!

JUDGING PROCESS: FIVE JUDGES SHOW SCORE EACH CONTESTANT 1-10. THEY WILL SHOW THEIR SCORES THEY WILL BE TALLIED BY THE AUDITOR. THE GUEST AT TF WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO VOTE FOR THEIR FAVORITE CONTESTANT AFTER THE CONTEST. THE JUDGES SCORES AND GUESTS VOTES WILL BE TALLIED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER OF MR. TIMBEAR. THE JUDGES SCORES WILL DETERMINE BEST CHEST AND HOTTEST ASS WINNERS.
ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE POOL BAR.
PLEASE DO NOT FOLD YOUR APPLICATION AS IT WILL BE USED DURING THE CONTEST.

IN MEMORIAM
A memorial service for Mark May will be held Saturday morning at 10:00 in the Memorial Garden at Timberfell. All are welcome to attend, as we remember our good friend and family.
We are looking forward to seeing all our old friends and new guests!! Memorial Day Weekend is a favorite for all of us,because it really ushers in the summer season. DJ Hot Toddy will be on board to make sure the latest videos are burning up the night at the pool parties. There will pool side buffets and men, men and men. Be careful driving and we will see you this weekend!!
