  2. Love the new website layout. Hopefully the new guestbook will be spam proof!Were a couple from Charlotte who are planning to visit for the first time the weekend of the 19th. Will be our first opportunity to get away in a while, so are really looking forward to it.Not sure of all there is to do at Timberfell, but I’m sure we’ll have fun based on other guest book entries I have read.Hope to meet some new folks while there…Again, great job on the new site!!     What a fantastic weekend Memorial Day was. My family had such a great time. As usual, Bill H. and the entire crew made us all feel at home. It was nice to see Bill H. cut a rug at the tavern, and Bill G. and Steve in the pool. You guys all work very hard to make us comfortable, and I relaxed a bit more knowing you were having fun as well. Our Lay-ouch (yes spelled correctly) at cabin 5 was a blast, Lance, Bob, Dennis, Tom, and Todd - we pulled off a fun time boyz!!! Can’t wait till July 4th weekend, as it will be full of stars and stripes!!Summer 2006 is going to be hot, Fall 2006 is going to be scorching! I LOVE TIMBERFELL LODGE!!!!!

    Kevin & Perry from Raleigh here. Just wanted to say thanks so much for a sublime couple of days at Timberfell - we just wish we could’ve stayed longer. Bravos to Bill, Steve, David, Brian, Rod, and all the super Tfell staff. You guys are professional, friendly & laid-back - the perfect combination. You run a flawless operation & keep it zippy & full of energy.And shout-outs to our small but fun “post-Memorial-Day” group, Robert & “the stewardesses” hahaha & everyone else! And lest I forget, many thanks to Missy the uber-collie who was our faithful hiking trail guide.   26. Greetings Guys from GreensboroMemorial Day Weekend was fun. Like everyone else we enjoyed the meals prepared by Bill H. Steve and Bill “The Royal Couple of Timberfell” were gracious hosts and ensured that we all had a blast.We can not forget the fun party put on at Cabin Five. Lance, Skip, Todd, Dennis and crew “laid us all out”.The pool was flawless and heated so perfectly. We no longer have to depend upon the “Hot Tub” !!!The tavern failed to disappoint with Hot Men, Great Videos, Fun Music and Pool.

    Of Course we can not forget the Beloved Billy Ray for all of the life he pumps into Timberfell on our big and fun weekends. Dolly even came by and gave us a good show.

    We all had a blast and had chances to connect with people from England, Tennessee, The Timberfell Contestants from 2005, Nashville Boys, Louisville guys, South Carolina Queens and a Myraid of others that “came” together to produce a thrilling weekend.

    The staff should all be proud of their hardwork. The pool attendants, cleaning crew, housekeeping, barbacks and grounds team were very efficient in meeting our special needs. Tracey even was a former Timberfell Associate Allstar that helped to relieve some of the pressure of serving nearly 200 + guests. Chuck of course was in full force assisting us with getting settled and keeping the dance beat of the weekend moving.

    WE enjoyed spending time with all of you guys and we are looking forward to a Fun Fourth and a Labor Day packed Weekend !!!!

  41. Sordid Lives weekend was a great success. I camped next to Latrell, you know, Peggy’s “good girl”!! I also saw Juanita, and I do believe she had been hitting the bottle pretty hard on Saturday. Dr Eve had been on the premises, because I saw her bra hanging on a line in the rv park. Sissy was there and still punishing herself with the rubber band and trying to quit smoking. Lavonda was being bad and running around with Juanita and creating all kinds of mischief. I am sure there were others there, but I was too scared to identify them. Later ya’ll.

  50. My partner and myself were there for the 4th of July and we had lots of fun. We want to thanks the staff for the great meals and the attention that they showed to us. The waether was great until the last night which was great for that gave us time to wind down after the fun filled weekend, if you know waht I mean. I met one man here that was a really great guy; Jeff, he works at Lowe’s. Jeff if you see this send me a e-mail (jedman43@charter.net)for I would love to talk with you again. Jeff was a popular name there because there was another Jeff that sat with us under the gazebo shaved head with red body hair, and he to was a nice fella to look at for sure in fact both Jeff’s what a real treat for the eyes.   52. I was there July 4th and as usual all the staff were very attentive and the food was excellent! Saw a lot of people there that I met a year ago from Memphis, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, D.C., Cincinnati, Tampa, Charlotte, Atlanta and Knoxville and it was great to see everyone again as well as meeting new friends. I had a lot of fun over the long holiday weekend and would highly recommend Timberfell to anyone. It has something for every taste. Thanks to the owners, Bill and Steve, for having such a wonderful place with a great staff for people such as ourselves. Chef Bill, Chuck and the rest of the staff are to be commended. Keep up the good work.

  54. I attended Timberfell the weekend of July the 14th for the first time on my way to Baltimore. I have to say that I have never felt so welcomed by the staff and the other guests in all my life.     have enjoyed many return visits, to meet old and new friends. Great food, relaxing friendly atmosphere and first rate staff make this MEN’s resort standout. My favorite times playing volleyball in the pool, kick back and roast in the sun. Swim suits are optional!!

  63. Guys, We stayed with you all Friday thru Sunday, 7/21-7/23, and we had an extremely good time. The hospitality was awesome and the food was delicious.   67. Bill, Chuck, Brian, Michael, and Chad …. thanks for a great vacation. Timberfell was our great vacation (10 days) for this year, and as you know, we have booked another 10 days next May. The facilities are spotless … and the food is great. We met some really great guys. And Bill … I used the cookbook for the first time today … Golden Crowned Meat Loaf. The ingredients are purchased for a Carrot Cake from scratch. Thanks again guys for super hospitality.

  69. Hello MenWe had a great time this weekend. Got to see some old friends & make some new ones. The Mr. TimBear contest was a blast! Fast paced & lots of fun for the contestants. The crowd’s energy was fantastic. The judges & emcee were fun loving characters, great choice. Bill, Steve & Doug, thanks so much for having such an amazing event! Truly nonstop excitement! As winners of the Best Chest & Best Cub the prizes were excellent! We haven’t taken off our Bear Pride Flag dog tags. The Timberfell shirt is really comfortable, what could be hotter at the gym. The recipes in the Timberfell Lodge Cookbook are mouth watering; everyone should pick one up to bring the good taste of Timberfell home. We can’t wait to come see the 5th Annual Mr. Timberfell Competition August 11th - 13th weekend; it’s guaranteed to be a phenomenal display of masculine energy. Thanks to all the guests that came to see & participate in our flogging demo after the competition.   72. Hey Guys: There will be applications for the Mr. Timberfell 2006 contest at the gate house available this week. This year is going to be a great one. We had 13 contestants in the Mr. Timbear contest and they all appeared to have a great time…..Hopefully we will have as many contestants in the Mr. Timberfell contest. If you were in the Mr. Timbear, you can also enter the Mr. Timberfell contest….and all you guys should consider it….all the men were hot hot hot!!!!Judging will be a little bit different this year….The judges will show their scores during each phase of competion and at the end the audience will also vote for their favorites…..cards will be available and you can only vote once for your favorite….so come on out and cheer on all the hot men….

  94. Hey Guys! Gonna write this while it’s still fresh in my mind. I just got back from a 5 day stay at Timberfell and despite the heavy rains and my being completely worn own (insert jokes here), I came home today kicking and screaming. My first trip to Timberfell was this year, Memorial Day weekend. Between then and now, I’ve been back SEVeral times, was named Best Buns in the TimBEARfell contest and made some very awesome, very beautiful friends. Like so many others there have mentioned the name game can be difficult. I know there were a bunch of Matt’s, Mike’s, John’s, Mark’s, Jason’s (Mark, Rick or Steve, anyone?). I will mention the ones I surely will always remember who became very dear to me in our too few visits together this summer… Matt and Mike (GRRRRR), Gene and Clay (Cheers!), Coleman and Tim (Loved hearing the grunts and snores, camp neighbors), Jeff (my long lost furry, redhead older brother), Kevin and Eric (you obnoxious NY’er - no more than me, really), Bob (missed you as tent neighbor this last trip). You guys made Timberfell a great place of community which is something very important to me. Thanks for taking me in. If I could stop time at any point it would be with us in the pool, naked and pruned, cocktail in hand (I need Clay’s big gulp size container), laughing and ha-ha forever. Rick, thank you for our personal talk time this last weekend. You’re beautiful and so intelligent and I really needed to hear your affirmations. I really hate to think that it’ll be another 8 or 9 months before getting to see you guys again, but perhaps that’s just the nature of the beast. Thanks Bill (can’t believe you had me on that bar Sat night), Helen (loved the high kicks) and the rest of the staff for not only providing such a place where we can truly be ourselves but also for taking me in.
